I am offering for sale my Hallberg-Rassy 54, Hull No. 16, named Waterman.

This is an exceptionally rare yacht, even within the Hallberg-Rassy range. In terms of condition, equipment level and installed technology, she surpasses many of the new yachts currently leaving the shipyard.

Ownership Philosophy and Refits

The yacht has undergone two major refits, each with a budget of approximately €100,000.

Both refits were carried out in Sweden, at specialist shipyards with an impeccable reputation.

It is important to emphasize that these refits were not undertaken due to damage, failures or wear, but as part of a philosophy of continuous improvement and preventive maintenance, with the aim of keeping the yacht at the highest possible level of modernity, reliability and technology.

First Refit

Carried out by Martinsson Brothers, official Hallberg-Rassy suppliers for rigging and related equipment.

A comprehensive upgrade of the yacht’s main technical systems was undertaken.

All work is fully documented.

Second Refit

Carried out at Orust Yacht Service, at the facilities of the former Najad shipyard.

All critical systems on the yacht were modernized, with state-of-the-art equipment installed.
